The Support Officer is responsible for the;

• day to day contact with our stakeholders comprising of teachers and parents as the initial point of contact via phone and email.
• maintenance and monitoring of an interactive website - all SSACT processes are online.
• liasing between parents, team officials and our supplier in regard to the ordering and distribution of dress and playing uniforms.
• maintenance and monitoring of SSACT equipment that is available for borrowing to SSACT stakeholders.
• assist the teaching community and State Sport Organisations in the organisation of Regional and State events.

Applicants for the Support Officer position need to demonstrate the following characteristics;

• ability to work in a busy, small team environment with multiple tasks needing attention at the same time
• strong organisational skills and ability to devise processes to meet firm deadlines
• positive inter-personal and communication skills
