Wimp 2 Warrior has an opportunity for an innovative, creative and forward thinking professional to join our dynamic team in the role of Head of Growth and Acquisition. This is a full-time position based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches with ‘work from home’ and flexible work hours available.

This newly created position is responsible for managing our online acquisition strategy across multiple digital channels with a focus on paid social.  If you’re a proactive, enthusiastic marketer who is highly focused on top of funnel acquisition and optimising the user experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the strategy, setup, execution and optimisation of all paid social campaigns to a global audience
• Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and analyse data to identify areas for improvement to meet KPIs
• Collaborate with sales and marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across external marketing
• Optimise landing pages, lead generation forms and customer journeys to improve conversion rates
• Design and plan effective marketing campaigns to improve brand awareness and user engagement through social media
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying

Requirements:

• 5+ years proven experience in planning, managing and implementing digital growth strategies in a fast-paced environment
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with social network advertising, specifically Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
• Experience using other paid marketing channels (eg. Google Adwords) and Hubspot CRM preferred
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Excellent communicator and copywriter, with experience in marketing to a global audience
• Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
• Knowledge of the martial arts industry is a bonus, but not essential
