Reporting to the Director, this Customer Liaison position will be the face of Swimming with Excellence each weekday afternoon before, during and for a short period after lessons. The person who is successful for this role will be liaising with existing and potential customers thus pivotal in retention and expansion. While swim school experience is not necessary, an appreciation of the importance of quality swimming and water safety education is essential.
Functions of the role will include:
Managing enquiries via phone, email and face to face
Supporting the needs of existing customers ensuring they are heard, understood and promply responded to
Regular email communication to keep customers informed, engaged and connected
Maintaining the Swim School database, enrollment process and daily reconciliations
