We have a fantastic opportunity for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our busy team! This a full time, 12 month contract. With a focus on recruitment, the role offers unique insight into all departments at Cricket NSW. Uniquely, we focus on understanding how a potential candidate's talents & strengths align with the role they are applying for, rather than specific experience in that role.

About the role

  • Actively source & review candidate applications
  • Shortlist appropriate CVs & undertake initial phone screening
  • Liaise with the P&C team & hiring managers to arrange interviews, & take an active role in the interviewing & selection process
  • Perform background checks on all successful candidates
  • Provide an overall exceptional candidate experience regardless of whether an offer is extended
  • General administration associated with onboarding & offers, along with other ad hoc people & culture generalist administration work
  • P&C projects such as a review of our benefits & contributing to the activities associated with the full employee life cycle

About you

  • Be able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Have the confidence & ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the business at all levels
  • Take ownership of your work & be responsible for the whole candidate experience
  • Enjoy a busy, fun & collaborative team environment
  • Be extremely detailed orientated
  • Have a track record of exceeding expectations in everything you take on, both professionally & personally
