The South Metro Junior Football League (SMJFL) is looking for an energetic and dynamic person to assist with the administration requirements of the league. This is an entry level position with room to grow within the league.
The SMJFL is the largest independent junior football league in Australia close to 500 teams, 11,300+ participants, 25-member clubs and management of 724 umpires and continues to be the industry leader in the administration and delivery of junior sport.

Coordinate all club and league orders with suppliers/corporate partners (processing orders, deliveries and invoices)
Provide administration support to all SMJFL staff as required
Coordinate and distribute weekly club communications (Secretaries’ Scoop)
Conduct regular stocktakes of league inventory
Be responsible for the presentation of the office
Coordinate the ordering of office supplies/supplies/stationery
Provide administration support for all SMJFL events including but not limited to venue bookings, catering, presentations, trophy orders and invites
Administer the SMJFL Child Safe Policy including club support, training, education and compliance
