Northern NSW Football (NNSWF) in conjunction with Football Federation Australia (FFA) seeks to appoint a full-time Technical Director (TD).
The successful applicant will be responsible for the consistent delivery of FFA’s National Curriculum throughout Northern NSW. The TD will lead and manage a team of full-time and part-time technical advisors who oversee a myriad of programs and services including Skill Acquisition Programs (SAP), Skill Development Programs (SDP), Talent Support Programs (TSP), FFA Advanced Coach Accreditation Courses and Representative Squads. The Player Development Department is responsible for improving the capacity and competency of coaches engaged by member zones and premier clubs to ensure that players throughout the talented player pathway have access to quality coaching. The TD will be required to work outside of normal office hours and intrastate travel is an expected part of the role.
The successful applicant must have an AFC A licence or equivalent and extensive experience working in the areas of advanced coach education and player development.

A total annual remuneration package ranging from $80k to $90k commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered to the successful candidate.
