The CRM Marketing and Ticketing Analyst is the custodian of the Club’s data and is responsible for the health of the data and systems. This person will be responsible for the strategic development of data plans and data-based marketing initiatives.
The role is also the lead point for implementing the ticketing strategy, including financials, pricing, on-sale dates and communicating all ticketing information to internal and external stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Experience
Proven experience in data analytics and using database systems
An in-depth understanding of managing developers and workflow methods
Presents numerical data effectively and has data focussed, marketing experience
Able to work within a team and independently, when required
Capacity to problem solve in a timely and efficient manner
Proven time management skills; managing multiple duties, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
Sound written and verbal communications skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Sound work ethic with a flexible and accessible approach, given the dynamic nature of the sports industry
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite with a comprehensive working history in Excel ad internet based database applications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related position or industry.
Relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent industry experience is preferred.
