Diving Australia (DA) is the National Sporting Organisation for the Olympic Sport of Platform and Springboard Diving.
DA has a strong track record of high performance success winning a significant number of Olympic, World Championship, Commonwealth and other international medals.
DA has a truly national program with strong SIS/SAS support in 5 major centres, based at world-class aquatics facilities, with world class coaching and medical support systems. We strive to be the world’s leading diving nation.
We are also well supported by our active, passionate and driven State Sporting Organisations, who manage our grassroots participation.
The Manager, Athlete Pathways and Talent Transfer role is a newly created role that will be responsible for ensuring that talented athletes are welcomed into our sport from a multitude of other activities and identified from within our existing Club network.
The role will be a National role, based in our Brisbane head office, but with travel to other locations within Australia and potentially overseas.
A key factor in success in the role will be the ability to create engaging and collaborative relationships with a wide spectrum of people and groups.
The role will report to the General Manager, High Performance and Pathways.
Relevant Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded and Candidates must be able to successfully complete Australia wide Working with Children and Police Checks.
