Join our excellent team at Gymnastics Victoria and be a part of Victoria’s fastest growing major participation sport.  This is a hands-on role that supports the General Manager - Club Development to coordinate plans, activities and projects to grow Gymnastics participation in Victoria.  The role requires an ongoing high level of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.  This role is based in Windsor at the Gymnastics Victoria Offices.

Candidates must have relevant experience in building relationships, club development and knowledge of sports club business models and governance.  This role will involve travel to regional areas and work some evenings and weekends.

This position is offered on a ongoing full-time basis (38 hours a week) with a salary of $55-$65k p.a. (plus superannuation).  We invite appropriately qualified and experienced candidates to apply and offer the following to successful applicants:

Essential Requirements

  • National Police Check
  • Working with children check
  • Drivers Licence
  • Experience in club development, including governance
