About the Centre
Brunswick Baths is one of six Active Moreland sites with a strong membership base carrying over to the swimming lessons. The centre consists of a heated 50 metre outdoor pool, Program Pool, spa, sauna, steam room, splash park & Toddler pool, fully equipped gymnasium, group fitness rooms and training zones and crèche.
Key Elements of the Role
We are looking for applicants with initiative to ensure a high standard of customer service is provided at all times for all customers, provide customers with sales solutions when enquiring about memberships and programs, immediately responds to customers' needs to ensure the quality of service meets agreed standards.
The Customer Service Officer is the face of the organisation and as such, it is critical that Customer Service staff is passionate about service delivery with the customer experience at the forefront of all interactions and displays a commitment and belief in the mission of the YMCA. With numerous vacancies there are hours available per week ranging from 15 - 25 hrs per week.
Here at Brunswick we are looking for applicants with Customer Service or administration experience who are committed to becoming apart of our community and team long term.
