KeyCompetencies

  • Response to all sales inquiresas firstpoint of contact of business
  • Follow up and source all sales leads
  • Inputting all sales jobs and detail into WORKFLOW MAX accordingly to the specificationsofthe system
  • Calendarise all contracted clients including clubs and assoc’sand track performance including spend against contract
  • Liaise with supplier for sales quotes always seeking best price, value and deadline
  • Maintainstocksupplyof showroom
  • Manage sales schedule and in conjunction with production departmentmaintain internal sales?databasefor customer communication
  • Communicate with?clientsto finalise stock, materials, and brief designfor relevant artwork files for external production requirements
  • Provide support for the creation of marketing collateral (print ads,?event promotion etc.)as required
  • Provide website updates including ensure website is up to datefor bothWEP and Summit
  • Ensure all Xero sales follow up are completed within the quarterly month out of previous year date.

Required Skills

  • Tertiary education and proven experience in customer service, sales and/ or business development Experience with all office admin skills
  • CRM database management
  • Exposure to sports and corporate as businesses
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access & Word
  • Excellent communication skills

Work Experience

  • Working in a small to medium business
  • Working in a similar environment with 2-3 years business experience
  • A high work ethic and commitment to the team, customer and company.
  • Established administrator skills
  • Opportunities to work alongside management team
  • Have worked in a small business, whichoperated in an industry with experiences non-extendabledeadlines.
  • Ability to multi-skill at all times is a must as is the ability to identify and assist the team to “Do what needs to be done” to ensure the job is completed
  • A high work ethic and commitment to the role and the team is very
  • Be experienced in using a variety of IT packages to ensure their application is assisting the business as required
  • Demonstrate experience being a key member of a small team, specifically a design and assembly team.
  • Experience working with products, which require a high degree of creativity.
  • Demonstrate experience in initiating and following business systems and procedures.

KPI’s

  • Increase efficiencies in salesincluding increasing sales and assist in decreasingsuppliers costs, wastage and increasing output
  • Increase exposure of business competencies to existing client base by developing a short term and longer marketing campaigns
  • Ensure all sales and admincompetencies are fully achieved on all toolsand output is maximised
  • Provide appropriate admin andcosting support including in supplier sourcing for all jobs as directed to ensure savings are met and deadline is achieved.
  • Provide weekly reports on sales leads and report on status of each lead –
  • Provide leadership in overall business management and liaise support each department area.
