All staff at Westbourne Grammar School accept that they are committed to our strong moral purpose. We know that the variance within a school is greater than between schools, and it is this knowledge that has shaped our shared moral purpose that ‘…every child can succeed and achieve significant growth'. This purpose sits at the heart of what we do each and every day with each and every child. It is also at the heart of our broad strategy and dictates the pervasive education philosophy which insists on a common language of learning. With this in mind, we outline the following outcomes for our staff to achieve success.
