1. Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and deliver SNSW services to Affiliated Associations.
Investigate, Develop, Plan, Manage and Administer the NSW School event programs, ensuring Softball is established as a first-choice sport throughout all parts of New South Wales;
Assist and guide NSW Schools systems in the development, management and delivery of Softball.
Coordination of strategic planning with and for Association growth and development
Manage, deliver and coordinate the SNSW Technical Accreditation plan for Affiliated Associations
Coordinate the management of Membership Databases including education, training and reporting for Associations.
Coordination of Compliance relating to Governance and guidelines for Associations
Coordination of all Meetings for the Affiliated Associations on all aspects of Affiliate Governance and sport delivery
Coordinate, facilitate and deliver promotional and marketing programs to increase participation in Associations
Direct and effective communication with Affiliates/Regions and Stakeholders on all related matters.
Coordinate the implementation of variant and new products into Association delivery of Softball.
Successful governance, participation programming and management of SNSW Affiliated Associations
Successful delivery of education programs and training
Creation of Communication strategy with Affiliates, Regions, and other Stakeholders.
2. Building and maintaining key relationships
Partner and collaborate with peers to leverage existing programs and present an integrated approach, profile and brand.
Build rapport with existing connections to maintain networks internally and externally.
Liaise with key stakeholders to facilitate their redevelopment and compliance activities.
Engage with new communities to create opportunities for Sport development.
Maintains, fosters and leverages key internal and external relationships
Represent SNSW at all times internally and externally to promote a positive profile, brand awareness and perception of Softball within the community.

4. Corporate Governance & Compliance
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure policy and planning compliance for SNSW & Affiliates.
Adhere to existing policies and processes to ensure adequate governance and compliance with organization standards and regulations.
Compliance with the SNSW Policies are ensured.
Whole of Sport values are upheld
5. General Duties
Contribute to the SNSW Strategic Plan
Represent SNSW on various committees as directed by the Chief Executive Officer;
Assist with the delivery of major tournaments such as the State Championships etc.
Manage any correspondence relevant to areas of control for and on behalf of SNSW;
Under the supervision and direction of the Chief Executive Officer deliver a consistent model to enhance growth in the sport;
Any other duties as required by the Chief Executive Officer;
Successful achievement of Strategic Plan objectives
