We now have an exciting opportunity for an organised, customer focused individual with swim teaching experience to join us as Programs Officer Swimming & Wellness at our Leisureplexes on a permanent, full time basis.

The role reports to the Supervisor Swimming & Wellness and will be responsible for coordinating the Swim School programs across two centres, one operation. The successful applicant will work closely with the Supervisor and Swim School Admin Officers, and take on the management and scheduling of all swimming and lifesaving classes, provide support for staff coordination and rostering, and ensure they provide a professional and friendly customer experience at all times.

- $68,402 - $70,468 per annum + 10.5% super
Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in swim teaching and a sound knowledge of the industry, combined with a current Teacher of Water Safety qualification, CPR certificate, Working with Children Check, C class driver’s licence and a satisfactory National Police Clearance. The right applicant for the role will have strong organisational and time management skills, with experience in programming and scheduling, and experience in supervising a team. They will have strong Microsoft Office skills, ideally with knowledge of Envibe, or a similar recreation system. The successful applicant will enjoy working in a collaborative team setting across two centres, and have a commitment to providing strong customer service skills, with experience in conflict resolution and solving customer problems.
