Social Sport is Melbourne’s largest provider of social sporting competitions with over 12,000 weekly participants shooting, passing and scoring from our 18 premium venues.
As our Customer Relations Manager you will be joining our management team who ensure all competitions are delivered seamlessly.
The ideal candidate must be an enthusiastic, personable, sports-loving, target-driven individual who is capable of decisive and assertive action where required. All in all, we are looking for someone who is a ‘people person’ with excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail and the capacity to work to deadlines.

Your role as Customer Success Specialist will involve:
- Inbound sales lead management
Outbound sales campaigns
