As our full-time Development Officer, you will work as part of a focused team in achieving the Royal Life Saving Society - Australia, New South Wales (RLSNSW) vision of:

Central to the role is the coordination and delivery of community programs, industry services and education solutions across the Riverina Region of NSW to ensure the strategic goals of RLSNSW are satisfactorily met. This role also has primary carriage of the coordination and delivery of KPIs associated with aquatic-related funded grants.
Coordinate the development of agreements and related documents for stakeholder relations and objectives.
Provide training, education and assessment solutions to clients on Royal Life Saving core lifesaving programs.
Deliver VET outcomes in accordance with the sector and organisational policy and procedure.
Liaise with the education sector and advocate for program inclusion.
Represent the Society at industry trade days and similar type events.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed parameters and RLS's project management methodology.
Establish and maintain plans and information for all projects in consultation with stakeholders.
Active participation in team and departmental activities to support and drive continuous improvement.
Regular liaison with relevant Manager(s), sharing portfolio knowledge and identifying potential business opportunities.
Regular liaison and constructive collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Respond to external enquiries within agreed timeframes.
Assist with general administration duties and client enquiries
Source/apply for funding opportunities within the region and coordinate the delivery of programs and activities.
Support the media and communications needs across project portfolio.
