Great things are happening at Melbourne East Netball Association. We have moved home to our new state of the art stadium and are looking to take our Rep Netball Program to the next level.
We have an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable and experienced netball tragic to head up our Rep Program. In this newly created role , you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Rep program, working collaboratively with coaches and the MENA Exec and taking ownership for the development of both the Rep Coaches and the overall program.
You will be a strong team player who can communicate effectively with all stakeholders including coaches, players, parents, MENA Executive and the Rep Subcommittee. This role is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your superior organisational skills to deliver on the many facets that this role entails.
You will have Development Level coaching accreditation as well as extensive netball coaching experience at least at a Rep Level. Previous experience as a Head Coach or Rep Convenor will be viewed favourably.
This will be a part time role with a minimum of 10 hours per week and will involve some evening and weekend work.

Melbourne East Netball Association (MENA) was established in 1952 and has been providing netball competitions in the Outer Eastern Suburbs for over 50 years. Since 1977 the Association has been based at the leafy H.E. Parker Reserve in Heathmont, Melbourne. In May 2019 we moved back into our home in the new Maroondah Nets at HE Parker which includes 4 indoor and 4 outdoor netball courts.
