Built on a legacy of over 80 years of Police and community partnerships, Police Citizens Youth Clubs NSW is committed to empowering young people to reach their potential.

This position presents a unique opportunity to drive the delivery of commercially sustainable, best practice youth programs and activities in Young. You will lead a team of staff and volunteers, whilst partnering with the Police Youth Case Managers and the Committee to deliver on the PCYC Mission.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day operations of the Club, including staff leadership, training, coordinate youth programs, quality assurance, facilities/ asset management and execution of marketing initiatives
  • Create and execute business and operational plans to generate income growth, build customer engagement to optimise use of the facility and increase revenue streams
  • Increase awareness of the PCYC mission within the local community, with the aim of growing memberships and generating fundraising/ sponsorship opportunities
  • Develop effective relationships with a range of stakeholders including NSW Police staff, Club Committee, venue users, local businesses and the wider community
  • Administrative duties including rostering, forecasting, budget management, weekly and monthly reporting on club performance, funding/ grant applications, database/ records management

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role (2+ years)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage competing demands whilst providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Personal alignment to the mission and strategy of PCYC NSW
