If you are looking for a challenging role & have the right skills to become a part of our team Sans Souci Leisure Centre is currently recruiting a Permanent Full-time or Permanent Part-Time Customer Service Representative. We offer an excellent work environment with a strong current team, free personal use of all our facilities including pools and gymnasium, easy parking and access to public transport.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the smooth and effective operation of customer service & sales delivery of the Sans Souci Leisure Centre. Dedicated to achieving sales targets LTS enrolments, taking phone calls, greeting customers, cash transactions, restocking of merchandise along with general presentation & cleanliness of the foyer/reception area is to be achieved. 

In addition, the Customer Service Representative will be mainly responsible for achieving Sales KPI's, reporting and delegation of tasks, administration-based activities, direct debits and membership sales and also have a high level of attention to detail with all activities. Being the first point of contact for customers you will ensure that the first impression is made within your role and you will work on customer retention in our swim & gym environment.

The successful candidate will have a shared responsibility in roles such as café assisting including stock takes, delegation of tasks and the shared responsibility of smooth operation of casual staff from within the Customer Service role.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a background and experience in Administration based work and has a passion for the Health, Fitness and Aquatic Industry. This role is ideal for someone with a passion to pursue a career in the Health and Fitness sector, previous Administration workers or anyone with a high level of attention to detail with a drive to deliver exceptional customer service to our many leisure centre patrons.  You must be able to work under pressure professionally and within the hours of centre operation. We are looking for a problem solver that places their position within the centre as a critical first point of contact.

An additional requirement is a NSW Working With Children Check completed and cleared before the beginning of the interviewing process. It is desired also that the candidate has a First Aid certificate or willingness to attain one. The rostered shifts are spread across weekdays and weekends with shifts from 4.45am - 8.45pm on weekdays and 5am - 6pm on weekends.

Sans Souci Leisure is a venue that caters for the community in areas such as Learn to Swim, Squads, Aqua Aerobics, Gym and Personal Training, F45, has an outdoor 50m Olympic Pool, Outdoor Toddler's Pool and an Indoor programs pool.
