Description

Macquarie University Sport and Aquatic Centre are seeking a full time permanent Member Engagement Supervisor to join our friendly team at our beautiful North Ryde campus.

Our Member Engagement Supervisors play a vital role supporting our Member Engagement Officers to deliver exceptional customer service. The role will work front line to support the team to implement solutions to challenging problems as raised on shift by the Member Engagement Team.

Working collaboratively alongside a fellow supervisor and Coordinator, the Member Engagement Supervisor will also have additional responsibilities such as the on-boarding and training of new team members is successfully coordinated, to ensure accurate and up to date information is distributed to staff and patrons and to assist with improving front desk system operations to ensure customer service quality and efficiency.

Please note, our centre operates 5.30am - 10.00pm weekdays, and 6.00am - 7.00pm weekends, availably for early morning or evening work will be required.

Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrated experience in a team leader and/or supervisor role
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Previous experience in cash handling, point of sale and reconciliation
  • Demonstrated problem solving and communication skills
  • NSW Working With Children Check
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
