Position Summary

The Premium & Corporate Hospitality Sales Coordinator will be responsible for driving the sales of the Brisbane Bullets Premium packages, which include Courtside All-Stars and the Alley-Oop Club as well as the Corporate Hospitality space including Boxes and Suites. 

The role also includes providing a high level of coordination, administrative support and service to sponsors, corporate partners, VIP’s and members. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the sales, renewal and administration processes of Brisbane Bullets Premium & corporate packages across both B2B and B2C sectors 
  • Be the primary contact for corporate members, coordinating with match day ticketing, guest names, dietary requirements and function credits
  • Assist Head of Commercial Sales in the development of the Brisbane Bullets Premium & corporate hospitality packages, to meet the needs of each target market. 
  • Coordinate the VIP & corporate seasonal ticket packing and distribution process
  • Research new ideas across all sporting and other industries offering hospitality, keeping our match day functions fresh and exciting
  • Assist Head of Commercial Sales with implementing:
    • creative marketing strategies to deliver on the Premium and Corporate campaign with a focus on budget, acquisition and retention
    • prospecting strategies including but not limited to; developing key B2B and B2C lists, conducting outbound calls, attending networking events and identifying digital opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Membership & Ticketing coordinator on all inventory required within the Premium and Corporate space to maximise revenue.
  • Development and delivery of an annual communication plan to prospects, members, sponsors and corporates
  • Drive high level customer service via premium match day experiences 


  • Coordinate all processing and payments across the Premium and Corporate Hospitality area 
  • Oversee the club’s corporate hospitality database and maintaining data integrity, by ensuring contact data is collected and all customer interactions with the club are recorded 


  • Develop process and procedures related to Premium and Corporate Hospitality including but not limited to ticket offers, ticket allocations and internal ticket requests 
  • Reporting and analysis in relation to the Premium and Corporate Hospitality 

Match Days

  • In conjunction with the Head of Consumer Engagement and Operations team, assist with organising match day hospitality functions 
  • Attendance at all home Match Days as directed by the fixture 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant sales/corporate hospitality industry experience (+2yrs)
  • Previous people management experience with a demonstrated ability to maintain relationships with a diverse group of people
  • Experience in the management of promotions through digital channels e.g. eDMS, social media and website in conjunction with the marketing team
  • Proficiency in computer-based tools:
    • Excel
    • Word
    • Outlook
    • Database knowledge e.g. Memberlink
    • Ticketek
    • CRM
  • Superior negotiation skills. Ability to resolve sensitive issues internally and externally at management level – can plan and conduct negotiations reaching agreements and commitments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Process driven individual with superior attention to detail
  • Self-starter with proactive attitude


  • Due to the project nature of corporate hospitality, flexibility of work hours will be required to ensure deadlines are met. Additionally, the role will involve weekend work
  • Preparedness to undertake other duties as required to meet team or organisational objectives

The Brisbane Bullets is a foundation club of the Australian National Basketball League (NBL) and has won 3 NBL Championships, being the first Brisbane based professional sporting club to win a Championship in any code.

The Bullets returned to the NBL in 2016 following a 9 year absence and in only the 3rd season back in the league qualified for the Playoffs in the 2018-19 season. In addition to on-court performance, the Club has been effective in re-establishing connections in the community and across commercial and fan networks.
