Western Leisure Services (WLS) is a Local Government Enterprise established to manage three leisure facilities in Wyndham City - AquaPulse, Eagle Stadium and the Werribee Outdoor Pool. The Wyndham City Council is the sole shareholder and WLS operates independently of Council through a Board of Directors.

The Schools Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Schools Aquatic Education swimming program. In addition, the Schools Coordinator is responsible for leading a team of Swim School Leaders and Swim Teachers to ensure services are safe and professionally delivered in accordance with AUSTSWIM and WLS program requirements and standards.
Due to maternity leave, this is a full time contract for 12 months and to be considered for this role, you will need to have experience in the conduct of aquatic programs, especially in a busy Learn to Swim environment. You will also have the ability to inspire and motivate staff to ensure the development of highly professional staff behaviour and to adapt to a growing and changing environment.
