Help drive revenue for NZ's #1 Summer Sport by taking Cricket's Ticketing strategy and operations by the horns!

12 month fixed term contract

What does the role involve?

  • Account management of ticketing provider and delivery of the ticketing programme 
  • Lead annual pricing strategy discussions and changes; scoping new opportunities
  • Liaising with the public and commercial partners to manage seating maps, ticketing allocations and issue resolution
  • Oversee testing and approval of on-sale ticket assets
  • Monitoring sales and adjusting sales strategies as required
  • Providing support and best practice to staff and the wider NZC Network on ticketing-related hospitality matters

What will you need to be successful?

  • Relevant experience managing ticketing for a large sporting or events organisation
  • Understanding of the latest ticketing technologies and best practices to drive revenue
  • Great stakeholder, communications and project management skills
