About the role
The Participation Manager is responsible for growing cricket participation across NSW through our entry level programs and pathways. Build relationships and work with a varying group of partners that include Associations, Clubs and Schools. This role will actively contribute to the leadership of, and collaborate with, our Community Cricket team to establish a shared vision for participation programs that transform junior cricket.
- Experience in leading and building a collaborative, passionate team to meet and exceed their goals
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to motivate, positively influence and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Project management expertise and experience in driving and managing change
- Experience in community participation sport and volunteer management
- Understanding of Cricket Australia and Cricket NSW programs and pathways, including Woolworths Cricket Blast
- Current NSW Drivers License and Working with Children Check
