A TYPCIAL DAY WOULD INCLUDE:
Writing and demonstrating personalised programs for new and existing members (we have 3,400 members)
Reviewing member's results via fitness appraisals and program updates
Chatting with members and assisting with exercise and technique advise
Ensuring our gym floor is fully functioning, clean and neat
Promoting various workshops, classes and events our members would benefit from
Showing potential new members our club
Reception duties from time to timeAs our members range from 14 - 90 years we are seeking an open-minded person with the skills to cater for a variety of needs and abilities. A solid belief and practice of leading a healthy lifestyle, plus experience in the fitness industry will be a distinct advantage.
This role involves working various shifts, including early mornings (eg Open 5am) and nights (eg Close 10pm), plus weekend work (we are open 7am - 7pm Sat & Sun).
BONUS: there is also the possibility to earn extra by conducting Personal Training sessions outside of your rostered Exercise Adviser hours.
