Chamford Gymnastics has been offering high quality gymnastics classes since 1982. Our professional team of dedicated coaches remain keen to develop each child's gymnastics skills in a safe and fun environment. We are looking for an Intermediate Coach and an Advanced Coach with at least 3 years experience at an advanced level to join our team!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coach Recreation, WAG and Gymstar classes as required
Undertake administrative tasks as directed by the Head Coach Prepare comprehensive weekly, quarterly, and annual lesson plans for your designated classes. Attend all competitions and clinics relevant to the needs of each class.
Arrive 15 minutes before all classes, allowing sufficient time to set-up equipment before class.
Communicate with parents when necessary. Accurately complete class rolls. Attend staff meetings. Show leadership and support for junior staff members Assist with Club events throughout the year.

Have the capacity to follow the Head Coaches directions and work well as part of a team.
Show enthusiasm and commitment to coaching and to the achievement of excellence
Stay up to date with Gymnastics Victoria procedures and protocols
Undertake coaching courses to improve coaching skills
Show flexibility, initiative and an openness to learning new skills
We offer classes for girls & boys of all ages and abilities. We encourage all gymnasts to be their best. We have classes for Toddlers and Kinder children in Junior Gymnastics, Recreational classes for school children in General Gymnastics. We also have a Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Competitive stream and Gymstar programme.
