Chief Operating Officer to support the club as it enters an exciting phase with substantial growth opportunities in the immediate future. Enabled through local and federal funding for a new and expanded facility, the role will support the development of current and future programs for transition to the new facility at the commencement of the 2021 season. Significant program limitations associated with the current facility will be removed with an increase in court capacity and an upgrade in court lighting.
Overseeing and reviewing current SDNA programs along with the general management of the facility operations will be key deliverables, along with high business development and project planning for growth and development.
An initial 18 month contract and remuneration package is offered, with the SDNA Executive Committee reviewing longer term organisation structure with the incumbent at the end of contact period.
