With a culture of high performance and a vision to unite and inspire we are searching for an experienced Senior Membership and Fan Engagement Manager to join our Club.In this role, you will drive strategy and fan engagement and be at the forefront of taking our Membership experience to a new level.
Reporting to the General Manager of Marketing and Consumer your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Develop and implement Bulldogs Membership and Ticketing strategy to drive revenue, membership acquisition, crowd attendance fan engagement and continued growth;
Manage Bulldogs Membership Communication Channels;
Lead and manage the Membership team;
Manage the day to day Membership operations of the function;
Successfully manage multiple stakeholders to ensure the delivery of our Membership program and related activities;
Identify, analyse, plan and engage with our key stakeholders and this includes- Stadium, Ticketek, Membership merchandise supplier and the NRL.
To be a successful in this role, you will demonstrate that you can bring the following experience, knowledge and attributes to this role:
5 years of sporting club Membership programs
Experience in setting and implementing strategies for increase growth and brand profile
3+ years of demonstrated people leadership
2+ years of marketing experience
Highly developed customer service and relationship management skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Experience in CRM preferably Salesforce
Strong organisational skills, time management and a high attention to detail
Demonstrates initiative, personal drive, influence, solutions focused and forward thinking
