Employer and Other Details

Currently operating in 20 countries worldwide, the Movember Foundation is the only charity tackling men’s health on a global scale. We’re addressing some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.

The Movember Foundation has invested in a number of research projects working directly with young men. Over the next 2-3 years we will be scaling and developing projects that have shown the most promise in improving the mental health of young men. In this role you will be taking forward the learnings from our young men and organised sports program(s), namely Ahead of the Game (AoTG). AoTG targets young men playing sport, their coaches and parents. Your responsibilities will include supporting the development and application of the program across different sports, including any adaptations and modifications, essentially helping us take a research project into real world implementation. You will be working with an expert product development team within Movember and our subject matter experts who developed the original program to produce digital and face to face products.

As program coordinator for Australia and New Zealand you will also be managing our partnership with New Zealand Rugby and the development of their mental health in sport program, HeadFirst.
