All Coaches should refer to and be familiar with the Melbourne University Sport Representative Sport Policy and Procedure

Overview of Role:

To work closely with all stakeholders and Universities to identify the talent to win the AON 7's competition

Work with all eligible players to help develop talent through training, coaching courses, camps and competitions

To select the Melbourne University 7’s team to compete in the AON 7’s series

Responsible for delivering high performance leadership and creating a high performance environment and culture for the team

To coach the team, on and off the field, to a standard of excellence, demonstrating a significant improvement over the tournament and enhancing the reputation of Melbourne University’s Rugby Program
