Water Polo Australia (WPA) the national governing body for water polo in Australia, was successful in obtaining funding from Sport Australia to support the creation and implementation of a dedicated participation program for participants aged 65+. 

The WPA Project Manager’s primary role will be to establish the programs commercial framework via licensing and strategic alliances while also project managing the content development and build of delivery technology.   

This is an exciting opportunity to develop a commercial product that will contribute to the sustainability of water polo sport while connecting to the main stream fitness arena. This is therefore a unique opportunity for a business development or participation specialist to move lead a commercial product, or for a fitness product expert to step into a national sporting organisation.  

A full-time contract based role based in Sydney Olympic Park, available for immediate commencement through to December 2020.   

Essential Requirements

  • Working with children check
  • Drivers Licence
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience in working with commercial licensing programs
