The Aquatic Safety Training Academy (ASTA) is a new $6.5 million facility, located in Seven Hills. The facility will enable Royal Life Saving to deliver a majority of its training courses at the facility as well as the Swim and Survive program which is an initiative of Royal Life Saving that seeks to increase the swimming and water safety skills of all Australian children in order to prevent drowning and increase participation in safe aquatic activity.
The RLSNSW is seeking an energetic and motivated swim teacher to deliver a high quality, comprehensive swimming and water safety program in an enjoyable safe environment.
This position requires a person to maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the Swim & Survive program and to assist with the continuous improvements and development of the program. You will also ensure customers gain the maximum benefit and enjoyment from the services provided. The role will involve a teamwork approach to your duties and on-going training.
