About the role
You will be responsible for providing high quality advice to managers and employees on a diverse range of People & Culture issues. Working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, this is a true generalist position that requires a talented People & Culture leader to energise and be a positive force for Cricket NSW.
As General Manager, People & Culture you will contribute at a strategic level whilst retaining a pragmatic hands-on approach to talent management, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, learning and development and organisation design. This role is crucial to provide ongoing support to 170 employees and a casual workforce exceeding 300.
To succeed in the role, you will be a natural leader and someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves. You are passionate about what you do, tackle problems - large or small - with energy and purpose, and are comfortable operating at a strategic level. You are highly organised and a great communicator who has relevant HR experience and tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline. In addition, you are result-focused with excellent stakeholder management ability.
