We're expanding this year so are seeking expressions of interest from experienced and enthusiastic swim instructors. This is a great pathway if you're looking for a long term career in the sports and aquatics industry, as we offer professional development and opportunities to move up into supervision.
You're passionate about water safety and love working with children. You have spent at least 12 months in an aquatic or sports centre as a swim coach or instructor and are looking for a move to a dynamic, progressive environment with a great team.
You'll fit in here if you're engaging, enthusiastic and reliable. We value good communication and take OHS seriously.
To be successful, you must have:
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Water Safety
- Current HLTAID003 - Provide First Aid
- Current HLTAID001 - Provide Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation CPR
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Previous experience in LTS and School Programs
If you have AUSTSWIM Teacher of Infants and Aquatics and/or AUSTSWIM Teacher Towards Competitive Strokes, that would be very well regarded.
