BCN SPORTS is the official partner of FC Barcelona youth programs in Spain, Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand and China. We are a fast-growing company that operates in the sports industry, our main goal is to create a unique experience for our junior footballers. We offer a wide range of products: football schools, camps, residency programs, national & international tournaments, college placement services, national & international sports travel packages. We are looking for a passionate individual that will help us increase our revenue streams by offering these services to our target clientele. There are excellent growth opportunities in the organisation for the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help to plan sales campaigns and create a sales pipeline
  • Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management
  • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
  • Generate leads and cold call potential customers, meeting with them face to face or over the phone
  • Understand the needs of our customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these needs
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
  • Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses' products and services 
  • Ensure staff are on board throughout the organisation, and understand the need for change and what is required of them
  • Responsible for temporary events that are held in the country (clinics, camps, tournaments, etc.)
  • Oversee the project’s current offering of events
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
  • Liaise with the finance, sports and operational teams, as appropriate
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the sports industry
