Description

Equipment Manager:

Ensure all equipment is maintained in safe and good working order.

  • Conduct a regular stock-take of all Centre equipment and keep an up-to-date inventory.
  • Provide details of equipment to the Treasurer for insurance purposes.
  • Advise the Committee of the need for and cost of any repairs or replacements required.
  • Purchase any authorised equipment.
  • Oversee the set up and stowing away of equipment on event days.
  • Establish a roster to facilitate equipment set up on event days.
  • Allow access to the equipment for any use authorised by the Committee.
  • Coordinate a working bee to prepare the track and equipment for each upcoming season. 
  • Provide a report on equipment status or needs to the Committee as required.
  • Contact the Association regarding changes to technical and ground requirements.

Will need to either have a Working With Children's Check (voluntary) or willing to get one.

A National Police Check will be required.
