We are looking for someone with at minimum 3-6 months in Personal Training and Group Sessions experience (we are open to a highly motivated graduate also), who enjoy working with older clients - the majority are in their late 30’s to 60’s and they are fit and active.
Our clients come from various backgrounds being professionals, parents, older adults and teens. You will need to have great rapport and have a good repertoire of exercises as our clients enjoy variety. Your own standards and technique must be of a high standard.
An interest in Strength & Conditioning Principles would be advantageous. You will need to be able to work with a team plus work autonomously. Starting with a few clients we envisage this position to grow as our business grows and a person who is self motivated will see the benefits.
