The primary role of the Officials Development Manager will be to oversee all components of the competitions game nights and staff.

The tasks related to this position are listed below. This is not an exhaustive list, but highlights the most important duties:

Recruit and develop all NGC Seahawks Basketball officials.
Roster referees to all games.
Roster court controllers.
Oversee referees on competition nights.
Manage correspondence related to issues regarding competitions.
Work closely with Competitions Manager in relation to Game night activities and court allocation.
Administration of referees for representative basketball.
Manage the officials Facebook Group.
Promote the referee program through social media.
