The Duty Supervisors (DS) are responsible for the daily operations of URBNSURF Sydney, ensuring all park policies and procedures are conformed to, all health and safety requirements are met, and excellent service levels are given to all guests.
We are looking for team members who will
- Maintain and promote safety across all areas of operations
- Monitor staffing levels to deliver the highest levels of efficiency whilst maintaining guest service to an exceptional standard
- Liaise with all departments to ensure URBNSURF policies and procedures are adhered to
- Ensure the highest levels of safety for both crew and guests
- Ensure park presentation levels are maintained to an exceptional standard both during park operating hours and prior to park opening.
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to delegate to team members
- First Aid experience - feel comfortable in a first aid setting
- Lead the team through clear, concise instruction
- The ability to think on your feet independently
- Problem Solving Skills
- Wiliness to learn and jump in
- Great communicator
Experience: Minimum one year in a supervisory role or team leader role
Education/Qualifications:
- Pool Lifeguard qualification
- CPR & First Aid Trained
- RSA trained preferred not essential
- NSW Working with Children check
